Bar Soap: Morning Brew

Oils do not moisturize skin, they simply lock in the hydration brought on by our use of sodium lactate. This powerful humectant is derived from the natural fermentation of corn and beets. Unlike other humectants such as honey, sodium lactate survives the soap making process, and ensures your skin is ultra hydrated. It is also boosts the longevity of soap bars so they last much longer in a humid environments, such as the bathroom.

Our premium tallow is picked up locally, and comes from 100% Lifetime Grazed cattle raised on regenerative family farms. They are never confined to feed lots and never fed grains. The ranchers and tallow are third-party certified by both the American Grassfed Association (AGA) and the Audubon Conservation Ranching (ACR). Tallow is abundant in fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins A, D, E, and K. It makes a deeply nourishing, yet long-lasting, bar of soap.

Our shea butter is sourced from fallen shea nuts gathered from wild trees in remote groves of Ghana. These nuts are hand-harvested and carefully processed by a local Women’s Cooperative, supporting initiatives like the Women’s Retirement Plan and Children’s Education Plan in Ghana. Virgin shea butter is rich with Vitamin A, E, and F, as well as stearic, oleic, and linoleic acids.

Our EVOO is single-source to support a consistent supply chain. It contains natural antioxidants and polyphenols, and NO chemical solvents from secondary processes (such as Pomace Olive Oil). Rich in oleic acid, it creates a very mild but conditioning lather for sensitive or dry skin types.

A chelator that binds with the natural minerals found in hard water to boost the performance of our soaps. It is created by during the soap making process by neutralizing citric acid, a natural product made from the fermentation of sugars, also found in all citrus fruits.
